ABOUT

Although I'm involved with a few playing situations, I'd like to find a steady gig playing out a few times a month. Comfortable in many styles- rock, pop, country, contemporary Christian. Primarily a guitar player, but have some limited skills on other instruments. Don't read music (except chord charts) but have a good ear and a professional attitude towards practice and gigs.

Influences

Way back in college a friend described my playing as a cross between Mark Knopfler and Carlos Santana (i.e., precise cleans all the way through singing feedback). Always thought that was a pretty cool comparison...but I wanna be Robben Ford :-).

EQUIPMENT

Way too much gear, like most guys...all top notch. My desert island setup is my Suhr Tele and a Dr. Z amp, through a reasonably sized pedalboard.
