Music has always been a constant part of my life when everything else around me
was ever changing. Aside from always being in chorus since elementary school, I've
participated in seven different musicals. My favorites were Fiddler on The Roof and
Annie. I played trumpet in concert band 6 through 11h in addition to concert band,
Ive performed with my high schools marching band 9 and 10t I've also
participated in many performing arts vocal competitions and performances through
4-H. separate from that I was in the 4-H singing group-Clovers and Company
during my junior year, which travels and performs all throughout Georgia. I've sung
in several 4-H award banquets and my high school's award banquets. I've
volunteered to sing for multiple senior citizen homes through the years. I was
personally asked to sing the National Anthem for a local baseball game, my 10
grade year I've gone to a few summer music camps to expand my knowledge about
song writing, now I often write songs during my free time. I currently take guitar
classes and am an intermediate guitar player. I also currently take vocal lessons and
have been for around a year. I have performed in many competitions and
performances for show case of the stars. And have performed in a few high school
talent shows and fundraisers. I now am in the Buckhead Atlanta School of Rock and
have performed two shows with them (New Wave) and southern rock) and we are
currently rehearsing for a Motown show I am in the school of rocks house band,
which is made up of the most exceptional musicians in the school and we perform
gigs all over the Atlanta area and sometimes outside the Atlanta area. I am in my
current high schools band and we practice two days a week and perform two times
a year. I have performed a few songs in restaurants this last summer vacation in
Spain. I was in a jazz band and we performed many local places before I moved to
Atlanta I do my best to take every opportunity to sing and perform because feel
that music is my calling and is my biggest passion. In music, there is always
something new to learn and experience in the world around you and what's with in
yourself. Music has always been there for me, so in return I'd like to be there for
music in as many ways as I can
