sPunk is searching for a vocalist!
We are an established band and have been playing together for years and are more interested in recording at this point and time. If/When we gig it would honestly be about 3 times a year. Guitarist, bass and drummer are all in our 40's and have family lives. Looking for someone in the same world as us. No drugs, no drama, no egos, the typical grown up ad here.
We are a multi-genre band and dig hard rock, blues, punk and alternative. We have a good amount of original material and more on the back burner once we get a singer. Hoping to record an album worth of songs in the future and would be open to your material as well.
Here is what we are looking for:
* Must have transportation
* Need to have your own gear. PA, mics, cables, etc.
* Guitar abilities are a plus
* Able to practice at our location in Verdigris at least once a week.
* You do not have to have experience. Since we are not a gigging band we don't need you to have gigged or recorded in the past. We are looking for someone who can sing in tune and be a part of what we are wanting to accomplish, If you are a straight up guy and can bring your part of the band, that is all we ask.
