Hi, my name is James Taylor, but I go by Squee in most cases. I've been a musician for most of my life, though singing and bass playing have become my favorite. I've been playing bass for roughly 8 years and I tend to pick up styles very quickly. I can play just about any style you want to throw at me. I'm also not afraid to try new instruments and multitask, such as in my current band I play bass with one hand and keyboards with the other, or bass normally and foot keyboards (such as with Tom Sawyer or YYZ by Rush). Vocal-wise I've spent years trying to get my voice better, finding that I enjoy singing Tool and Smashing Pumpkins.

I'm a very friendly person, granted a little bit shy, not into drugs and I tend to not drink a lot, trying to actively pursue my music career while keeping myself healthy so I can have a long career.

I have roughly 2 years band experience, 12 years musical experience. I love to do marketing.

Ibanez SR4000E, MXR 10 band EQ (as a boost), Ibanez Weeping Demon Wah, boss tuner, boss overdrive, boss super octaver, boss bass chorus, boss flanger, boss digital delay, and Source Audio bass envelope filter with Hot Hand Wah. Currently play through a SVT Classic amp head and a Marshall 8x10.
