I'm a 29 year old guitar player who has been in bands before, toured with national acts (as a guitar tech), and has connections in the local and national music scene. I have crafted my sound after 16 years of playing. So, here's the deal...good hard rock with a positive message and energy. I want this to be fun and enjoyable for us and anyone watching us. This means that when we're on stage, we're engaging, not too serious, and can work the crowd, you know. I have an INCREDIBLE bassist on board (he and I have worked together before). I'm basically looking for a drummer, a good SINGER (I love screaming, but not in this band), a 2nd and 3rd guitarist that can sing harmonies (because we all know that 4 is just too many). I'm open to guys and girls who have the chops. I want to be an original band that people want to come see.
Please be between 25-35ish, have gig ready equipment, no drugs or hard drinking (this includes pot...too many experiences with burnouts). I have plenty of guitars if you need a backup or something. Also, please be around or in the Ft Worth area. When you reply, please include your basic info, a list of your equipment, and the person who has influenced your playing the most.
