I've been playing guitar on and off for roughly 8/9 years, so don't expect me to be as good as someone who has practiced regularly for that long, but I do practice frequently and think I have a good grasp on the instrument.
I like to improvise, mixing blues, folk, funk, and jazz. My main forte with the guitar I think though is the blues. My main influences right now are the Allman Brothers and the Grateful Dead.
I'm looking to find/start a band that would be into experimenting with a blues or rock foundation.
while I do mostly listen to older music such as the groups mentioned in the influences section, I do not shy away from newer stuff.
