Brief Bio
Hailing from the city of Silver Spring. This Maryland native got his start spitting flows with childhood friends from his area (Montgomery County)and hasn't stopped since . While Steel has been writing since the 5th grade, he didn't take it serious until realizing fellow Coalitionist Trus Real was as passionate about the culture as he was. From the early 2000's until now, he has received slight criticism for being too commercial in some circles(especially for his use of melody and vocals). Rather then let that slow him down or discourage him, he embraces it ,and uses it to his advantage when making music. Influenced by many genres of music (including Jazz,Blues, and Soul as the main references) when its comes to hip hip, he is most influenced by the 90's to early 2000's sound. Why you ask? Well for most hip hop heads that seems to be the era with the most substance(Lyricism wise). Since thats exactly what the game is missing right now. With his fellow Coalitionist, they plan to bring back that well needed "Flava" to the game
