Since fifth grade I"ve played cornet, thorugh high school bands & orchestra, AFROTC marching band, but have loved relaxed jazz & lyrical pop music & latin bands all my 80 years. I'd like to play easy-listening music, romantic dance music, with a combo. I think we could start by entertaining in nursing homes & similar venues for the joy of making good music in an age of noise and very few lyrical, expressive tunes, like Stardust or Here's That Rainy Day.
