WORN is an original band from LI who play hard rock/heavy metal music. Originally conceived in the late eighties by founding member Stephen Legge under a different band name. Over the years different additions and partings have led us to where we are now mentally, and musically. We currently have one self-titled album, and hope to be working on a second one soon.

WOW!... There's a lot to list. Take into consideration that we range in age from 36 to 43 and that affects your influences. Speaking for myself, (John S.), and partially for the others, I am into the heavier side of music: Pro-Pain; Pantera; Slayer; Testament; Shadows fall; Mudvayne; Cannibal Corpse; Deicide; Fear Factory; Immolation; Suffocation...etc. When those influences meet up with some hard rock/metal/classic rock influences, their mutant offspring is WORN! (Just to clarify, our written music is not death metal, it's more what I would consider classic heavy metal/harder rock)
