I’m a 63 year old former professional, who loves music but loves it more when I’m playing.
What I’d really enjoy is playing in a band for fun. I’m not opposed to playing the occasional gig, but I’m definitely not interested in: cutting a demo; going on tour; gigging 3 times a week in a bar for $100 and flat beer. Mostly I’d like to play hard rock and metal from the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s.

Influences
I know a lot of songs. I play a lot of Iron Maiden, Rush, Metallica, AC/DC, and stuff like that. I like learning new songs and I’d also enjoy revisiting some stuff I played in the past, like Cream, Kiss, and Humble Pie.

I’ve got a Les Paul, an Explorer, Strat; “precision”bass and a Hartke amp, Egnater/VHT guitar rig with many guitars. I’ve got a reasonably good PA and a monitor PA
