Seasoned gun-for-hire type of drummer. I believe drums should add an extra complementary element to a song instead of merely being a timekeeper - without detracting from the actual song itself of course.
Over the past 20+ years have played with / filled-in with various metal, 80's pop/new wave, punk, classic rock, grunge/alternative and modern rock bands. Both originals and covers. Family and work commitments prevent me from properly throwing myself into a band full time.
However if you have a gig coming up in a week or two, or are a band that doesn't demand a ton of time, send me the setlist and I'll be ready to go no problem. I love playing live and approach gigs with a certain level of professionalism.
