I'm 38 and havent played live in a few years. Looking for a cover band/originals in the N.Virginia area who needs a guitar player w/bu vocals. Chops are rusty but getting back to speed. More importantly, am willing to put the time in. Tell me what you need, and I am there. Hard working, reliable, and really easy to get along with. Music's the coolest thing that's out there, why make it drudgery? Would be happy playing out a few nights a month, but if originals are good and we want to take a shot at "making it", lets go for it!

Influences
The Edge, Simple Minds, SRV, Jimmie Vaughn (underrated), Big Country, BB King, Eric Johnson. I am no shredder. My philosophy on being a guitar player is that the guitar compliments the singer and the song. I'm no gun slinger. It's about the sound and the song, not the speed.
EQUIPMENT
Currently playing a Tele and a POD, but plan to purchase a JC120 or an AC30 depending on who hires me. Currently gainfully employed by day. I want to be committed to the right band and will buy what's needed on my end. count on that.
