I am a very open-minded guitarist and I'm a very passionate music lover. I wish to start/join a band who plays metal/rock (more metal) music that is very melodic, unique and original. I'm not much of a lead guitarist but I do like to solo. When I do solo, I don't shred too much, more melodic, soulful soloing. Influences
My favorite band of all time is Metallica and my second favorite is Dream Theater. But my other favorites are everything from Nightwish, Opeth, Pantera, In Flames, Tool and Mastodon, all the way to bands like U2, Radiohead, Foo Fighters, Thrice, Down and Staind. I'm a really big fan of the New Wave of American Heavy Metal scene, a lot of my favorite bands are from there. But there is so much more that I listen to, way too many artists to list! I also like blues, jazz, and a lot of experimentation.
