Quality musicians in the Santa Rosa area needed for a new project.
As we all know a good vocalist is a sought after treasure nowadays. Plenty who think they can, but not that many can do! Well I’ve found one and I’m not letting go of her. This person has a fantastic voice that deserves to be heard. Especially if there are some good musicians backing her.
We have some great original material and a few covers to get us started (not the usual suspects)
I’m a bass player of nearly 30 years and have played mainly in Reggae and global groove bands. Not a prolific song writer but have a good feel for arrangement and dynamics.
So currently seeking, guitars, Keyboards and drums to get the core of the band kicking. Percussion and anything else that adds a unique flavor to the mix will also be considered.
Think reggae soul funkiness with just a little jazzy flavor. We’re both north of 40 so aren’t looking to make a career out of this. Just play some cool music and have a lot of fun doing it. But that doesn’t mean we’re not serious about the quality of what we produce. Both of us have the desire to make this a classy act .
Ability, dedication and a drama free attitude are the keywords here.
