ABOUT

If I bang on everything does that make me a percussionist? I have been playing drums most of my life. I am a lover of the funk. I am not technical or a metal head. I get off working with a slap happy bass player and laying down the backbone for others to play around.

I have played in cover and original projects generally classic rock style. In the last 10 years I have followed my passion for funk and groove. I put together, with great success, a 9 pc funk band with horns. But Im kinda done with the old school funk band thing and have a desire to modernize a bit.

Are you a DJ? Keys? Know sampling? I'm open to ideas... from Drums, Bass, and DJ playing swanky martini lounge groove to 20 pc lite strobbing techno with dancers and flame throwers. WHATEVER! I would like to jam with others that like to make people dance and feel good. Mix it all up with Art.. Sexy sexuality.

EQUIPMENT

So I started to change the way I approach the kit and rebuilt it integrating electronics in with a Funkalicious Tangarine Orange Premier KIt. Still learning how to make it all work but that half the fun isn't it?
