ABOUT

I am, on one hand, a death metal vocalist, a practitioner of 'Cookie Monster vocals'. I specialize in grunted or growled, guttural vocals, in the vein of Chris Barnes of Six Feet Under, or Nergal of Behemoth.
On another hand, I can sing as well, perform what are referred to as 'clean' vocals, in a deep, baritone-bass register.
I would like to note that I believe I would prefer performing Cookie Monster vocals as opposed to clean singing. If anyone is interested in a baritone who can death-growl, call me at [425]-438-2948. I hope to hear from some death metal bands. Or just any metal bands interested in having a guttural growler for a vocalist.
ADDENDUM: I have lately been practicing my bass-baritone voice more and more, mostly to Type O Negative. So, consequently, I am feeling a little more willing to do some clean, deep singing in a band situation.

Influences

For Cookie Monster Vocals: Chris Barnes of Six Feet Under was the very first death metal vocalist I ever discovered, so he would be #1. Also, to a lesser extent, Mikael Akerfeldt of Opeth has been a bit of an influence in overall style.
For true singing: Morrissey, Mike Patton of Faith No More, and Bono of U2 of course. I kind of like to say I have nearly the register of Peter Steele and the singing style of Morrissey.
Again, my primary area of interest is Cookie Monster vocals. If you need a baritone who can growl, give me a call at [425]-438-2948. I hope to hear from some death metal bands. Or just any metal bands interested in having a guttural growler for a vocalist.
ADDENDUM: Again, I have been, from time to time, practicing my clean, deep voice. I am slowly growing more comfortable with using it, and am now a bit more open to employing it in a band situation.

EQUIPMENT
