I've been playing guitar for 15 years. I've been in a couple of bands, and I want to get back into the scene. I'm no guitar god, but my basics are solid. I'm better at Rhythm than Lead, but I can usually find the key pretty quick, and solo something simple and melodic...I'm comfortable with the major scale and the Aeolian and Phrygian modes. I'm good with all the major and minor chords.
(except jazz chords; I know some of them, but I never really use them, so...y'know).
I'm currently a student at LCC by day, working as a barista on other days, and learning kung fu at RMA martial arts and fitness a few nights a week, so...y'know its busy, but I MISS making music with people. I want I want! :D

I listen to so much stuff... lately I've been really into The Offspring, Sum 41, Bright Eyes, Weezer, The White Stripes, The Violent Femmes.
80's hair metal used to be my thing for a long time and once in a while it still is..

Sigma accoustic, Fernandez electric, Marshall JCM2000, a Crate practice amp, awesome little clip-on tuner, a capo, and about 10,000 picks all around my apartment somewhere.
