Keeping the juke joints jumpin’ and the dance halls hoppin’, the Suns of Memphis are purveyors of bonafide rockabilly and real country music. The band hails from Menominee, Michigan and features Matt Beaudo on the doghouse bass, Aaron Brill on guitar, and Jesse Peterson on drums.
The Suns of Memphis draw material from the earliest days of rockabilly at Sun Records, add in a healthy dose of roots rock and country, and top it off with some of their own original songs. Be prepared to hear some of your favorite songs by artists such as Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Eddie Cochran, Johnny Horton, Hank Williams, Lefty Frizzell, Hank Thompson, Webb Pierce, Merle Haggard, Faron Young, BR5-49, Stray Cats, and more!
