Please Contact"Swampjuice-at--dot-net" What started out on a whim, has become something better than we ever thought possible.

BUT....After about 5 practices, we let our Drummer go. Since he didn't fit with us personally,

We are SWAMPJUICE, and we feel as though we are on a mission from god to recreate the music of Poison, but with more musicianship. Highly experienced musicians adding 3 part harmony vocals making these songs sound better than even Poison has ever done live. The three frontmen in this band(bass,Guitar, singer) are lead vocalsist in their previous bands. So we have 3 lead singers across the front. Doing some awesome sh*t. We all have been singing for about 20 years, I'm the singer from a local band much heavier than Poison (B.R.A.W.L.) We have Sonny Porter of (Strawberry Bazzare, Porter, Burning the Lie} who is a great singer and lead guitarist and puts out spot on harmonies. Nick Kremidas(Cheek Monkey, Scorch) who is a great guitarist who changed to bass for this gig and is adding a little extra to the bass lines who is a singer and does sweet harmonies as well. We decided to try this tribute thing out . And we were surprised how quick it came together, and how much we actually sounded like them. But with better harmonies. The sound of this band gets me very excited. We have a free humongous rehearsal hall, about 20x45, we have an "in business" tavern, right below us. Our own 2 bathrooms, full bar, full fridge. I'm just putting this out there. Plus it sweetens the pot. And I also just want the drummers out there to know this isn't gonna be some cheesy poison thing. We've got the goods. Believe me, None of us ever thought we'd be doing a tribute band to poison. I hadn't personally listened to poison in many years. But the Chemistry and dynamics of us doing Poison cannot be denied. It's sooo right.
We're looking for a drummer who doesn't necessarily have to be a Poison fan, but who will fit with us personally. We like to have fun, drink beers, etc.
SO If your a drummer not doing anything or wanna try something new. Give us a shout. We wanna to start jammimg again. And want to start booking gigs this summer. One possibility will be a club that we have ties to, that is proposing hiring Bret Micheals for an appearance.

We're all in our late 30's and looking to update the glam look (so no heavy makeup or spandex).
Any drummers interested Please get in touch.
