We are a working variety band in the Greenville Spartanburg area in need of a Bass player. Our current bass player has decided to move on to pursue other interests.

Our style of music is variety from Skynyrd to Bon Jovi to Patsy Cline to Motley Crue to Guns n Roses to BuckCherryand everything in between. We are now looking to add some harder material - mostly harder rock but also other styles putting our own spin on - which has been very successful as well.
The ideal person will have a Rock background but is willing to play the covers that people like to hear. And yes - you must be OK being referred to as a Tramp - it's all in the name and part of the show as we market it. We are fronted by a female singer who rocks it - there would not need to be issues with that.

We generally gig from 2-4 times a month. Although we do get paid to play I am sure any musician knows this is not going to cover your bills, especially if you like to have a few during the evening... We all have our normal day jobs but we also have a passion for this project and this style we bring to the stage. Money is always nice, but the reward of the appreciation by audiences and the recognition is just as valuable, and we are getting noticed for ALL the right reasons.

Backing vocals is important as well. We need someone who can do strong rock backing, sha la las, and all in between..
We practice in Gray Court (Fountain Inn border) on Sundays at 5. Please make sure this works for you. We are currently restricted to this day of the week. When the situation warrants of course we will try to work in more practice time. Everything we do is discussed as a group - there will be no surprises.
Being prepared for practice is very important to us. Since we only practice 1 day a week we need to make the most of it and each person needs to know their parts before getting together as a band. We don't like to use everyone's time to learn the songs from the ground up.
