SEEKING
Vocalist, Violin, Flute.ABOUT
Classical guitarist looking for other strings or singers to play. Flute, violin, cello, singers, flute...(did I say flute) Interests are renaissance, baroque and the classical eras. Mostly renaissance.
Looking to play easy fun tunes that are pleasing to the musician and audience. Nothing to complicated. Not trying to impress any college professors or newspaper critics. Just looking to have some fun.
If you're familiar with Mel Bay Cantiga's Renaissance Festival Favorites [Robert Bielefeld] then you'll know exactly what I'm looking for in style, structure and simplicity. (lead sheets and chords) Or a Hymnal fake book, then you're spot on.
I'm definitely open to playing gigs if the opportunity arises. But, I just arrived in town May 16th. That means I don't know anyone...at all.
P.S. Most classical composers wrote for the church. Any players interested in Christian hymns with a classical feel out there? Feel free to reply.

Influences
Influenced by being alone. Solo guitar was the way to go. But I'm trying to break out of my shell and play with the living
I am a huge fan of flamenco guitar and music. I luv it!
My guilty pleasure is rock 'n roll. Eric Clapton and Led Zeppelin. (but I rarely play 'em)
EQUIPMENT
Cordoba 50R guitar. I don't have amplification, but if things get fun/serious I'll get some.
