Hi! My name is Taryn, I'm 19 and I've been singing for as long as I can remember. I've preformed in school competitions, a few restaurants, I've recently done a paid event at a local farmers market, and I've been asked to preform at another event next month. I love preforming, but my only issue is, I can't play an instrument! I'm teaching myself acoustic guitar, but I would really love to grow as an artist and get a band together! I'm pretty laid back, and would need help writing music, but I think it would be a lot of fun to see what we can do together. This would mostly be just for fun in the beginning, but I would love to eventually preform some shows!

Influences
I grew up listening to Red Hot Chili Peppers, so Alt/indie/rock are major influences in my style. Currently I love Rainbow Kitten Surprise (RKS), they are an Alt/Indie band and you should definitely give them a listen. Lewis Del Mar is amazing too, he is indie/rock as well, but with some experimental pop in there as well.

So far it's just me... (: And I sing, but it would be really cool if you guys could sing too and we could do some harmonizing/ back up vocals!
EQUIPMENT
Your own instruments and amps. I can provide my own mic and possibly mics for you guys too. I am going to try to turn my storage/office house (a separate room outside my house), into a sound room. If I can do that I will also try to get recording software. But if someone already has a sound room/recording software that would be amazing! But again, for a while this will just be for fun to see what we can do (:
