My name's Michael and I'm a 24 year old guitar player looking to play with a band for fun or for now, that's slightly committed (you need some commitment to have fun). I have a full rig to play live shows including a large tube amp and full pedal board with a wide range of good-looking and good-sounding guitars. I don't know anything about producing so if you can do that, that's a plus :) I'm pretty relaxed with a slightly large variety of riffs I've written that are entirely my own on my sound cloud (/letthesounddefine). Looking to play lead guitar for a 4 piece of 5 piece traditional guitar band (Drums, Bass, both Guitars, Both). If you like what you hear there and think we could really connect reach out! I currently work full time and I can make time to practice and gig. Mainly looking to gig and produce original music. Looking for people 18 to late twenties. If you know gear, my equipment list might make you happy! Very into Fender and vintage music equipment! Send me a text if you need me! 704-966-7727. I've been playing guitar since January 2012, and I've been playing music in general since I could get my hands on a piano when I was a child. I played the upright bass in elementary school and the electric bass in high school. Dropped my bass down the stairs in 9th grade and quit music for a little until I picked up guitar in 2012 oh and ukulele!

Influences? I'd say these are bands I revolve my guitar playing around (right now) that I'd like to be a part of a band that would like to sound like parts of these bands: Pale Waves, The Smiths, 2 Door Cinema Club, The 1975 (oh no ;) ), All Time Low. I'm a fan of 2000s pop rock, current pop and "emo" pop. You know a lot of synth, reverb, chorus, with a jazzy sort-of tone and crisp drumming. Anything with an eighties vibe (that seems to be the sound these days). Huge supporter for female-driven bands and literally will get along with any kind of person. If it is a guitar driven band and sounds good, I am interested in playing with you!
