ABOUT

Hi! Tatma is a 4 piece jam band from Charlotte. We are newly formed, we've been together about 2 months. We have tight drums, bass, and guitars. While we have some really good material, but nobody can sing well lol! We need a singer to gig! We have several original instrumental pieces that we intentionally left spaces open for vocals. We encourage original lyrics, we have some, we just cant sing em lol. Some covers we are playing now include Cissy Strut (Meters) Goin Down (Govt Mule version), Bertha (GD), Picking Up the Pieces, Diner, Climb to Safety (WSP), Pigs (Pink Floyd). Our genre is really all genres as long as it jams. We really are open to all creative processes, and we are all committed to supporting each others different tastes, styles, and preferences equally.

We are also looking for keys, a singing keys player would be icing on the cake!

We have set a goal to have 2 hours of material and gig by 1/1/2020. We practice always once, but try for twice a week at the drummer's house in northern Charlotte area (Northlake) usually from 7-10ish. We all work day jobs and have to feed families, but after that were pretty committed to the band and are looking to play a few local gigs per month.

Finding an exact style match on BandMix can be challenging, so just know this band is all about supporting each others different tastes... if your style is a little different than our description, don't be afraid to still reach out.
