ABOUT

Trial by Fire is a four piece group that is high energy funk rock. Trial by Fire has been described as a blend of great rock sounds like the Red Hot Chile Peppers, Dave Matthews, Phish, and Sublime. Life as we know it has trials that we all face from time to time. The difficult times that people experience can cause one of two results: disabling fear or immovable faith. Trial by Fire is about strengthening and encouraging God’s people with the good news that men don’t have to walk in fear if they have faith in Jesus Christ. We view music as a way of gently breaking down the walls that people put up in their lives through sinful living. Christian music is becoming more and more popular but often times it is because the lyrics are vague and obscure. Our desire is to play quality music with biblically challenging lyric.

Our main influence is Jesus Christ, The Holy Spirit and God the Father. Our musical influences include: Third day, Jars of Clay, Toby Mac, Skillet, Piller, OC Supertones, Grits, and just way too many to mention.

EQUIPMENT

We have our sound system which includes 16 channel mixer, amps, 10,12,15,18, speakers, moniters, mics, effects, snake, crossover, and all that a great sounding concert needs. We also have our own sound people to operate the equipment. The only investment we need to make is a good lighting system.
