ABOUT

Hmmm, not really sure what to say except that I am dying to get out to play again in front of people. I just simply love, love music. My drums are my therapy, my love, frustration beaters or just to have fun. Been playing behind closed doors for way to long now. Children now older, time for this dad to get out and play.
I was in a band for a short time in my 20's and my 2nd practice with this band was a gig and then continuously so for many more weeks. Unfortunately the guitarist was egotistical and wanted to be the "boss" instead of working as a team. As you may know, this did not last to long but we did do some recording and what fun that was too.
Looking for musicians who can really play and stick with the beat. I am one who can learn just about anything in very short time (1-2 weeks max after work hours) and also one who adds some of my own flavor to just about any song. I can also sing while playing but certainly not each and every song because sometimes I just love to sit back and enjoy playing just the drums.
Not looking to do this for the $$$, but if we were good enough......heck ya I'd love to do this for the $$$$. So, as you may notice, I left nights a week to gig and availability unspecified because if I were to find the right musicians and carry the rest of my life on as a musician I would drop all and goooooooo.

I have started a list of songs which I have played and still play to this day. This list consist of hundreds of songs, literately hundreds of songs. If you wish to see what I have on my list so far please email me and I will email it to you. I created the list using Microsoft Word sectioned out with songs from each artist with many songs under each artist.
If you are great with your instrument and know a lot of songs or can learn songs quickly please contact me ASAP. I would love to get something going sooner than later!!!
