I've been at it with music for a long time. Even fellow musicians tell me that I have a style all my own, and my new bassist tells me my slide playing is exemplary & "worth noting"
In the last year, my band has weathered many personnel changes. Our 2nd guitarist held down the rhythm and often played 2nd leads with me.
but moved out of state, and previously we lost our bassist to creative differences. Before that we lost our oldest member, the keyboardist - due to family and travel concerns.
We've got a strong quartet now, and the correct 2nd guitarist would make us an awesome team.
Drums, 6-string bass, keys and I'm on electric and acoustic, sometimes. It helps if you're a seasoned acoustic player too.

Influences

This always takes thought because players are the sum of everything we ever heard + our own creativity...... from the 60's thru today and exemplary players from all the genres like Jerry Garcia, Carlos Santana, Dickey Betts, Clapton, Jorma Kaukonen, Bob Dylan, Johnny Winter and even Django Reinhardt.
