Established music studio located in the heart of Scottsdale Az, close to the 101 and McDonald. Our studio has private rooms available for renting seven days a week.
Room Specifics:
Each private studio space comes equipped with free Wi-fi, a digital piano, speaker system, super-scope recording lesson CD software, tall standing wall length mirrors, side tables for laptops and music stands, bench seating for teacher and student, and designer interior furnishings so you can upgrade your teaching experience to a more enjoyable atmosphere! Each room has a window view doors, with a private seating waiting room outside for parents that wait, giving your students privacy they typically need. Public restrooms, covered parking, and security cameras at entry door and within each teaching room. Easy freeway access and great location from all surrounding city’s. Very nice private teaching location with near access to food and local shopping.

Rates
Hours & Rate:
Daily teaching hours approximate availability from 7am-10pm for only $50/all day flat rate, which is only $200/per month to secure and reserve your “preferred teaching day” every week for just you!
Weekend rate’s apply on Saturdays which increase by $15/per day, totaling a $65/ day rate or $260/per month.
Total Cost of room rental is based on a 4-week month. All additional teaching days reserved by you that land on a fifth week month, are offered as a courtesy free of charge to you.
We rent our room space out to teachers on a monthly re-occurring basis, as it’s the goal of most teachers to have a clientele that returns for instruction each week.
If the studio has the availability… we will offer $675/ per month, to buy out a fully furnished room for you to teach, reserving it for you any day of the week!
