SEEKING

Vocalist, Bass Guitar.

ABOUT

Looking for a vocalist, bass player.

New cover band just getting off the ground based in North Jersey is looking for a solid bassist and singer with a good range to do classic rock from the 60s-80s and then a good helping of 90s alternative and grunge for good measure.

Two guitarists along with me will most likely be practicing in the Kenilworth or Jersey City area - doesn't matter where you're from as long as you can make practice.

Not looking to "make it big" or do it to pay the bills - we're doing it for fun and hopefully gig once a month or so. Think low pressure and low stress and trying to work around everyone's schedules. We all have families and jobs but are committed to this and want to rock out. Please be open minded to all styles of music.

Setlist-wise, think classic rock, alt-rock and harder-edged pop hits from mostly the 70s-90s. We'd like to do everything from Led Zep, ZZ Top, The Who, Boston, Pink Floyd, Mountain, Allman Bros, Eagles, the Stones and Beatles to The Cars, John Mellencamp, Guns n Roses, and other random 80s hits, to classic 90s alternative like Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, Soul Asylum, Weezer, Stone Temple Pilots, and the like. But we are really open minded about it so you can bring your own tastes to the table. As long as it's a crowd-pleaser, it's fair game.

Thanks
Joe
