Band to Join, Lead Guitar, Drums, Keyboard.ABOUT
Experienced singer and bass player looking for drums, guitar and possible keyboards to start cover band focusing on 90's rock music (STP, Alice in Chains, Sound Garden, Nirvana, etc) and maybe 80's classic and even more current music. Harmony singing a plus.
Goal will to assemble 4-5 sets worth of music quickly, and ultimately book 2-4 shows per month max. Ideally, each member will have full time day jobs and this will be an excellent supplement. Even split of income, even work to move gear, set-up, etc. I've been working a small sound company for years so have gear to make us sound great.
I have a full time day job, so this will be nice supplemental income. Have full PA rig/monitors, etc. and rehearsal space with drum kit for ease of rehearsing. Looking for established musicians with similar background to me (previous tour experience, etc.). Acoustic drums, just can't jive with electronic kits. Players need to play to the rooms (small - no screaming guitar amps or cymbals typically needed :) ) If you have a lighting rig, that would be added bonus.
No drugs and very limited drinking (if at all). This will be a professional endeavor, no egos or attitudes needed. Rock out, have fun and make some cash.
Lastly - In an effort to "gel" not looking for super religious types or trump supporters. We just won't get along great and I want this to be easy for all of us. Look forward to hearing from you.
