Tom currently has the band Tequilla Rose featuring Tom, guitar, vocalist, midi music sounds,
laurie Pal mer vocalist and Chuck Hurd drummer.
Tom Artzer is one of the finest Entertainers in the Mid-Western United States!
A lifelong Musician; he's been performing for over 40 years.
His early years were spent working in several well known groups
If you were ANYWHERE in the Mid West, and went out to see
the GREAT Soul / Horn bands of the 60's... you got to watch a little bit of Tom Artzer
developing into the tremendous talent that he is today!
After those early days; Tom seemed to like working in small groups,
duos, and singles more and more. While some of these projects
garnered notoriety in the Topeka, Lawrence, and Kansas City
areas...Tom found that he truly could shine working as a single act.
His superb vocal styling and delivery mixed with his unique playing
style and show format make for a truly special experience for those
persons fortunate enough to attend one of his performances.
Although Tom's most formidable tool is his unbelievable voice; he
brings a veritable arsenal of state of the art sound and lighting
equipment to each performance. Tom was a pioneer in the field of
computer enhanced accompaniment, and he's taken it to the far end of
the spectrum...limited only by computer science's limitations. When
Tom does a show....you've got a whole band...or orchestra...whatever
the song calls for is there. Shut your eyes and listen. You won't
believe what you hear!
Tom is equipped to provide top notch entertainment for audiences
numbering as few as 40 or 50 to well over 2500 persons!
The collection of fine guitars that Tom uses during his shows are
not just expensive toys. Tom uses each for its specific sound to
create and enhance whatever styling, sound, or mood that the song
being performed requires. And; NO ONE creates that mood better than
