Hello musicians!
I’m the music director at The Neighborhood Church in Bentonville and I am looking to hire musicians!
We have a base of volunteer musicians who can cover most of our needs but from time to time I need to hire musicians to either fill in as subs or to enhance our level of musicianship.
At the moment looking primarily for piano/ keys, bass, and lead guitar players.
Hired pay would depend on skill level and experience but is in line with what you expect at a church gig like this. Naturally talking about a Sunday morning commitment, from 8:30 to 11:30 am. We do practice on Thursday evenings but your need to come in for that would depend also on your skill level and experience.
We like to keep a low stress and friendly environment during our practices and worship. That said we do expect all our musicians to show up prepared.
