ABOUT
We're a loud classic rock band. Played a few parties this summer, but just lost our singer.
We're looking for a strong lower-range (low tenor/baritone or altoish) singer who plays well with others - shows up for practice, learns the songs (memorizes lyrics), and help move PA equipment. Ideally, you live in or near San Francisco.
We practice 1-2x a week and we show up to play. We're all in our 40s and we all have things to do, so practice starts around 6/7 pm and ends at a reasonable time.
We'd love to get into the local bars now and play more parties next summer, but we're keeping our day jobs. We're doing this to have fun learning new songs, and playing music every week, and eventually/hopefully playing a gig every month or so.

Influences
We all like different types of music. But this band is focused on classic rock: party friendly (Born to be Wild, Brown Sugar, American Woman, Rebel Yell, Mary Jane's Last Dance, Cheap Sunglasses, White Room), impress the men (Jimi Hendrix, Black Sabbath), and a couple pop songs to keep the women dancing.
