The Factory Practice Spaces seek to provide the most affordable, comfortable, and comprehensive rehearsal experience to the Nashville music community. We don’t care if you’re a rockstar (or any kind of star for that matter), but we will certainly treat you like one. Owned & operated by musicians, the Factory Practice Spaces know how important it is to have affordable and accessible rehearsals. We guarantee you will not find a cooler place to rehearse in Nashville at this price range.
We feature 3 rehearsal rooms complete with PA systems, which are all open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each room is stocked with drinks, snacks, strings, picks, sticks… Anything you need to have a great practice.
We’re not just a rehearsal hall, though. Along with our rehearsal spaces, we feature an on-site full size photography studio, home to Factory Photographer Goldy Locks. Factory Photography is one of the leading Nashville Photography studios, and has already captured some of music’s best on camera. So you know we have rehearsal spaces, and you know we have an on-site photography studio, but along with all that, we also feature The Factory’s namesake, a leather accessory factory, specializing in leather wrist cuffs and necklaces.
