Drummer needed for low-rent rock and roll band rehearsing Wednesday and Saturday nights. Technical genius not required, but must be competent (musically, mentally
not so important. When you meet us you'll understand. Us: We're all 40+, so if old f*rts playing electric guitars bothers you, this would probably be a
bad situation for you. We play both covers and a few originals. Trying to avoid the usual suspects as
far as covers go, maybe the same bands but not the same songs as everyone
else.("Freebird".....no.) We have our own equipment even.We're not out to be the best band
musically in the area, just the most fun.
You: DEPENDABLE (that means you show up for practice), laidback, love to play and have
fun. No money players, egomaniacs, drunks or control freaks. IMPORTANT: Please, if you have drinking or drug problems, ego problems or are a drama king/queen, pass us up. We've had enough of that.
We're all about having a good time and
playing music we like (though we're not allergic to making money either.) We need someone who fits into that. If you have the time and commitment we're looking for you.
