The Incredible Wal Man

Band to Join.

I started playing bass in the Boston rock scene and played everywhere that was anywhere in Boston over the next 12 years. Since I've moved to the 'burbs I've played Blues gigs, Vintage Country gigs, played with some song writing groups, spent a lot of time in recording studios and stood in with all sorts of bands for a night or two while their regular cat was traveling and had some long stints with a couple of good, working Top 40 bands.

I am easy to get along with and try to minimize problems while using my public relations experience for gig getting and smooth gig transitions. I travel light.

I sing. I know my keys and I stick to them. I have stage presence when I want to get attention but enjoy the roll of the bass in the mix. I'd rather hear how good the band sounds than how well the bass was played.

I'm looking for people interested in working. It's more about the people I'm playing with and their enthusiasm for improvement and finding stages to play than what it is the band is into musically. I'm into a lot of different genres of music, you wouldn't believe. I apply myself to every scenario and enjoy musical challenges.

Open to all ideas and inquires.

Performing a feature set in Lakeville, MA - Rt44W 14 Harding St Plaza, Lakeville, MA
Setup is in the style of a living room concert like in the old folk music days. Very cool vibe.
