I love to write music with piano as my main keyboard/controller. Into DAW production using drum/percussion looping (unless I meet up with someone who really knows how to program or play the drums) and processing from composition to master (although to get the job done really right it takes $). I mix from organic to processed. Since I can't sing, I use horns, clarinet, etc. sounds for leads.

Looking for vocalist/collaborator/lyricist to penetrate market for indie films or other potential retro-related markets. Another possibility is local clubs, Spotify, or other such outlet. I'm not necessarily stuck on old school, but I don't have much interest in today's latest sounds as they currently stand. Emphasis placed on commercial accessibility to the widest audience without compromising the integrity of compositions.

Alternatively, I'm looking for collaborators for a live sound for performance, with emphasis on collaboration. That would include playing local clubs, Spotify, etc.The best music ever written was composed and produced by more than one person. Good ears are invaluable. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. In other words, let's form a band.

1970s Elton John (even though I try not to sound like him I still do), and music more on the experimental side, yet still melodic. I''m not a big prog-rock fan or into avant-garde except on occasion. However, I like far more music (especially obscure that no one ever has heard of) than is my style to write/play.

Instrument experience:

Barely enough for home studio if that. I had to get rid of a lot to move to ABQ from CA. As opportunities arise, I can pop for microphones, patch bays, outboard gear, practice amps, etc.
