ABOUT

Hey, I'm Jay and have been playing guitar for as long as I can remember and currently finishing at Berklee. I'm looking for people who are interested in writing and recording original music and then eventually playing live. I also have a fairly decent studio space for recording and am a relatively experienced engineer capable of doing most mixing/mastering. Current tracks that I'm doing blend heavy riffs, w. cinematic style samples, some ambient sections and some technical gtr sections. I'd love some help on all fronts from writing lyrics, singing, better drumming(not done by me) and cooler bass ideas(again not done by me). Having multiple people working on a track always seems to yield stronger results :)

I like playing all styles and am looking for people who are similarly interested in writing/recording and seeing what happens. I'm happy to work with all types of skill levels and styles, but please have good people skills, be communicative and have fun doing what we all do. Also- it's important for me to work with people that have basic tools for recording or at the very least interested in learning about that.

I'm really in search of other musicians who just love to record/write in a more contemporary style and have fun with the process. I love blurring the lines w. sound design using VI's and creative production techniques as well.

Generally, I'm open to any genre and lead guitar is really my strong point, and I feel comfortable tackling most anything on that side, feel free to hit me up if you need some guitar parts on a track and I will do the best I can, all experience is good experience in my mind.

Feel free to hit me up with a message at noteworker36 g mail and I'm happy to email out some samples.
