My name I Nick i play mostly rhythm guitar and a little bass when i get a chance. I've actually been playing for almost 8 years but for a long time i wasn't that serious about it and for another year i was without a guitar (got stolen) and only played when i could got to shops and friends houses. I just recently got up enough money to get a cheap used guitar and a small amp and I'm trying to buckle down and lean the stuff i should have learned before; scales, arpeggios, theory stuff. Now I'm looking for some people to start a band and would like to find a great lead guitarist mainly for a band but also to assist me in learning to play lead and solos and stuff like that. Just so people kind of understand my level of playing, I can play just about anything you want me to I'm just not great on the 13th and up frets. I can play Metallica - Master of puppets (Minus solo & Interlude), A lot of Green Day, some other Metallica Riffs, some Ozzy riffs (crazy train is my best), some dethklok riffs, slayer - Raining Blood (minus insane solo and random notes at the end), the basic riff of Pantera - Walk, alot of other random things as well. I would consider myself about intermediate just without all the knowledge most people have.
