My name is Thea Eskey. I am the founder of Radio Rebel x unTITLEd, an aspiring alt dance pop duo that is looking for a lead vocalist and producer to partner with as I am a songwriter/videographer. I wouldn't be opposed to finding another songwriter to work with as well and I am by no means precious with my ideas. I am looking for a true collaboration. I am Los Angeles based so please bear that in mind before you contact me.
A little bit about the project. Over the course of fifteen albums the story of the creation and destruction of a fame icon is told. The first album in this project is called Internet Killed the Video Star and constructs Los Angeles as this magical realistic world where Mulholland Drive bounds the worlds between the real and fake, dreams and reality, and perception and fact. Through the course of the album we see the character arrive to Los Angeles with an idea of what fame is only to realize that the city isn't what they expected. Then the character tries to flee LA but only ends up coming back to same place they tried to escape after driving down a road to no where.
Like I said I would love to meet someone who can help me realize my vision. I am very committed to this project and am trying to take this all the way to the top.
