I'm Derek. I'm 28.
Im Looking to get into an established band. Willing to start a band with all the right people in place and all hands pulling in the same direction.
With that said... A little about me.. I've been playing drums for 14yrs, I have tons of experience touring, playing live and in the studio. I play to a CLICK live and while tracking in the studio.
I WANT TO PLAY MUSIC AS A CAREER... Meaning... MAKING $$$ OFF OF OUR MUSIC, TOURING AND WRITING GOOD ALBUMS... BASICALLY THE WHOLE NINE YARDS!!! I have almost an albums worth of DRUM tracks written and ready to go... just need some bad ass Motherfu*kers to put some kick ass music behind them!!!
My influences are... Rise Against, Thrice, Weezer, Brand New, TBS, NFG, Saosin... If your band DOES NOT play/sound like these bands, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN CONTACTING ME I WILL NOT RESPOND.
