Formed in 2013 from their common occupations and love of music The District consists of five members Kevin, Rob, Ellison, Alex, and Val. Kevin and Rob are principals while Ellison, Val, and Alex are teachers. They are all from the same "District," South Park Schools.

The band is very diverse in it's musical tastes playing songs ranging from country to blues to classic rock and beyond. They are known for their entertaining performances and fans follow them from show to show regularly. All working in the same school district helps with the fan base. Have you ever seen a group of 75-100 teachers party?

Musical talent is in full supply with this group, having several individuals as multi-instrumentalists who can trade roles between sets and sometimes between songs.
