ABOUT

Hailing from the Raleigh area, (specifically Apex, NC) DayOne is a band founded by Joseph schoon(16), Kenny burnette(also 16), and Jaron Wilson(you guessed it, 16). soon afterwards, hunter levin (18) joined on bass. We primarily mix melodic and fast mathrock and Midwest emo riffs with heavier styles of music such as djent and post hardcore. Guitarists ideally anywhere from 14 to 19 and have anywhere from an intermediate to experienced skill range. You will probably need to learn how to play in alternate tunings if you haven’t already and extended range guitars like 7 or 8 string. look forward to jamming!- DayOne
