The Element is looking for a STRONG lead singer. We are currently a trio looking for the right frontman. We have a great booking agent ready to line us up with shows. We all have great jobs and will be playing weekends only. We are all in our 20's and love to have a good time on stage. We rehearse at Rock Center Houston and we will be doing auditions May 24th. We prefer someone around our age and someone with a great strong voice. Our songlist ranges from 311, sublime, todies, SRV, to dance songs such as Play That Funky Music, Brickhouse, Lets Get it On, etc. We have a great songlist that people will love. We are striving to be the band people WANT to come see, and with the talent involved at this point, we will be. If you are interested please let me know ASAP. I receive these emails on my phone, so I will reply immediately if you sound like someone we are interested in. The tryout songs include: Possum Kingdom, Santeria, Pride and Joy, Sweet Caroline, Slide, Basket Case and Easy Like Sunday Morning. Please, make sure you will know these songs by the audition day.
