The Hollywood Combo is one of the top 1950s style R&B groups in the country. Formed from the best of the LA blues, roots, and swing scenes, they play a mixture of covers and originals which run the gamut from west coast jump blues to early R&B and 50s rock&roll. They have played for years at many of LA's best venues; concerts, special events, hotels and casinos across the country; and music festivals worldwide. Besides being a stand-out group on their own, they have also backed up legendary artists such as Big Jay McNeely, Roy Gaines, Speedo and the Cadillacs, Roddy Jackson, and many more. Fronted by Mark Tortorici on vocals and harmonica, a veteran of the LA scene and a soulful and engaging performer, the Hollywood Combo is a highly entertaining, high-energy band for dancers and music lovers alike.
