Prism formed around the summer of 2010 and quickly got to work both writing songs and playing out as see thru soul. Shortly after forming they hit the studio and released their first demo containing four of the original songs the band started with. After playing some shows the band reformed with a new singer in the summer of 2011 and quickly wrote new orginals and added some covers. The band did a quick demo themselves and is currently playing shows. Prism takes influences from the likes of Alice in Chains,Metallica, Soundgarden, and Incubus to name a few. Along with a style the likes of the mid 90's rock scene, Prism also touches upon a grunge and metal sound of the same era.
Currently lifes circumstances has pulled our bassist away and our lead guitarist has decided to hang it up. That leaves us with a giant hole that we would like to fill. We are looking for a talented and committed individual who is ready to work and get back out onto the stage with us. If your down with what you hear, toss a line at danvieu2010 at dot com
