This is The Year is a 90s based cover band covering mostly the genre of alternative, punk rock, 90s pop-rock, and 2000's pop-punk rock, our current catalog is almost 60 songs. We are currently looking for a lead singer and/or a seasoned keyboardist. Basically, our gimmick is songs you would hear on the radio from the 90s, and early 2000s. While this is our main focus we are not limited to it and are open-minded to playing a vast catalog of songs. Covers only. Our studio is located in Bath Michigan located right off of I-69. We usually jam once a week sometimes twice a week if we have a show. If you are interested in playing with well-seasoned musicians who are 420 friendly and like to have fun please message me.

Influences
We play mostly 90s grunge / alternative rock as well as 2000's punk rock / alternative rock, though our interests cover a wide range of genres and decades. We basically just love to play music, anything from the 70s 80s 90s all the way up to today. If you have songs that you would like to cover we are more than interested in learning them if it's feasible. Fast, slow, heavy, light, if it rocks, if it jams we will play it.
Members Of Band
We currently have two guitar players, a bass player, and a drummer. All of which have played their instruments for 10 plus years.
EQUIPMENT
We have a decent PA rig setup that can put out like 200 Watts. Vocalist shouldn't have any problems in hearing themselves sing.
