Performing, playing, and recording music has always been an important part of my life. Growing up in a musical family music was always being played or listened to. My influences come from a vast majority of musicians, from Hoagy Carmichael all the way to Eric Clapton. Writing music is what I spend most of my spare time doing.. My song writing style is not clearly definable. If you listen to some of the songs I’ve written you'll notice a lot of the material is written in minor keys. I performed regularly with"The Blue Collar Band" around the Midwest area until January 2003 when he left the band to pursue other interests. I play several instruments (guitar, keyboards, harmonica) as well as sings. While performing with the Blue Collar Band I was instrumental in getting the bands first CD Champagne released in November of 1998. I wrote nine of the songs on the CD and Steve Svec wrote an additional song to completed the project. Most recently I completion my second "It’s not the way I planned it" CD project.
