Payback's a Bitch (PaB) is more or less a punk-influenced project which I've wanted to do for years. It's a chance for me to come full-circle and reconnect with the music which gave me a foundation when I was starting and trying to figure things out. The Ramones, the Sex Pistols, The Clash, AC/DC, Dead Boys, Alice Cooper, The Stooges (I'll stop at that) instilled in me the concept that playing within your boundaries with attitude is far more gratifying than trying to PLAY TO corporate rock and roll.
I'd kinda gotten away from that philosophy. At this stage and with this likely being my last performing project, I've decided (as it were) to go out kicking and screaming, pissing off the mainstream and having a good time doing it.
I recently released the debut Payback's a Bitch album, You Fat Bastards!, with me handling all instruments & vocals. However, I'm looking for like-minded players (drummer & guitarist/bassist) to take it to the stage.
