I've been playing drums for a long time. I played a bunch of gigs years ago in college and for a while afterwards. My musical interests expand beyond what they allow you to select on your profile page. I taught music at a large university and recently left that gig to move to the Chapel Hill Area with my wife and work at UNC. I have the time to rehearse now and would love to find some like minded musicians, get together, work on putting together songs and get them tight and see what happens. If you're an established group, I'd like to talk with you. I'd also like to speak to anyone starting out. I'm currently putting a rehearsal studio in our garage.

My influences are all over the place. I built my chops on classic rock, and the Rock of 80s, 90s and 2000s. I've played jazz and blues in the the styles of Robert Cray, and Chris Stapleton.
